Mariah loves to work with clients who live an active lifestyle, those who are working to become more active, and clients who are looking to take care of their overall health and well being.
“Taking care of ourselves, is something we often neglect. Massage is seen as a luxury, a treat reserved for special occasions. But what if we could get MORE out of our bodies, what if we could get more steps, climb taller mountains, and accomplish more of our goals, and feel even better while doing it. What if massage could help us get there?”
Mariah is a September 2017 graduate of the Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy (now known as the Cortiva Institute) and achieved the award for Academic Excellence.
She became certified in Cupping Therapy June 2019.
